Expanding a concept design to obtain construction plans.
In this stage, we develop more detailed technical drawings, such as floor plans, elevations, and sections. We work with engineers and other technical consultants to approve structural and mechanical systems of the building. We ensure that the design is technically sound and meets regulatory requirements.
