IXI was commissioned to build new buildings and structures in Emilio Estate.
IXI Design was responsible for all the base buildings at the Rocklands Park project on the former Emilio Wilson Estate. This included conceptual design, construction drawings, permits, and project management of the construction process. The buildings comprised the Entrance building, Museum, Photo Shop building, Service building, and the former barn/Restaurant building.
